I am passionate about people living their lives purposefully and with meaning, so they can say, “That was great! No regrets. I embraced the ups and downs. I knew who I was, what I stood for, and acted in integrity with that. I was true to myself. I laughed. I cried. I loved it!”
That is how I have been trying to live my life, and I’m still learning every day. I don’t have all the answers and sometimes it’s not easy. I make progress and I make mistakes, experiencing periods of great joy and deep sadness like everyone else. I endeavour to live life consciously, with integrity, and I stay curious.
The past decade has deepened my relationship with loss, and taught me the importance of healing in being able to stay present in our day to day lives.
I also believe that conscious living is inextricably linked with conscious dying, so reflecting on, and planning for our end of life contributes hugely to how we live right now.
Quality connection is the most important thing to me. I am connected to a wonderful, mutually supportive network of family, friends, and talented practitioners in the facilitation, coaching/holding space, celebrant, end-of-life doula, Death Cafe, compassionate communication (NVC), and business communities in New Zealand and around the world.
